Introduction
In order to maintain the friendly and mature atmosphere in eXile, we have created a set of rules that all members are asked to read and agree to abide by. Please make sure you don't emo out either, if you encounter a problem try and sort it out with others.
Guild Leadership is defined as those individuals that have volunteered their time to help maintain a fun and friendly atmosphere here in the Guild. Leaders MUST be respected at all times and you must listen to what they say. The leadership structure is as follows:
Guild Leader
Has the last word on everything and what he say goes, he creates events for the Guild and directs the Guild as a whole. He also has the last decision on everything and all queries go through him, any problems the officers can't handle will also be passed on to the leader.
Administrators
Maintains the forums. These individuals will make decisions on any content that has been posted on the eXile site, they are often also officers in-game.
Officers
Responsible for the running and smoothness of the Guild, the Guild leaders wingmen so to speak, officer powers usual include being able to invite and kick members, officers will also set up big events for the Guild, they are basically the leaders right-hand-men. Make sure you always follow officers rules and speak to an officer if you have any questions or problems with the Guild / game.
Clan Member
Clan members are probably the most important part of the Guild, they usually make up a good 90% of the Guild and are there to be active, participate in events and are the backbone of the Guild. Members with this rank are granted the rank upon proving they are active and a good addition to the Guild upon passing the trial period.
Trial Member
Trial members are people that have proven to have passed the application stage, they will be given a week to prove themselves and will be granted Clan Member if they pass their trial period.
eXile Code of Conduct
1. Respect the decisions made by Guild Leadership. The leadership will do their best to be impartial in protecting and upholding the original concept of the Guild, keeping fun at the forefront, and enforcing these rules established to protect and uphold the integrity of the eXile community. If they have made a decision, it's for a reason, failing to abide by that may result in punishment.
2. While participating in Guild events, people MUST be on TeamSpeak at all times, TeamSpeak information and download link will be at the bottom. We do not expect you to be talking constantly, just be on so we can contact you easily.
3. Forums must be checked atleast once a day and try and be active as you can on them, activity checks are made every 2 week to clean the inactives away, this can be avoided if your going away for a while then use the AFK section. Creating new threads with the same topic as a thread which has previously been closed by the Forum Moderators is not allowed. This also goes for spam and wrong things in the wrong section, look before you post!
* Speak with the Moderator that handled the post/thread if you have any problems.
4. English is the primary language of the Guild. This is not to say that other languages are inferior but that the overwhelming majority of our members speak English. All communications in public areas such as TS, in game chat, and on the forums should be in English so that the public understands what is going on. We also have special channels dedicated to other languages, if you and your friends wish to communicate in another language please use that channel or contact an officer.
5. If you are needed in game please drop what you're doing and attend, we want to make our name big on the server by means of greifing and being a pain, we've achieved this on most games and we won't stop here.

We use TeamSpeak at all times, here is a download link for it, please download the one that suits your operating system. Info is as follows.
